The entire range has obtained EU CE EMC electromagnetic compatibility certification, offering strong resistance to electromagnetic interference and enabling reliable operation under harsh conditions such as complex electric and magnetic fields. Moreover, the formulation and structural integrity exhibit excellent stability, with a shelf life of 10 to 15 years.
High efficiency
An industry-first, highly efficient fire‑extinguishing technology, featuring a highly integrated structural design that boosts the utilization rate of extinguishing agent per unit time. From aerosol‑based fire‑suppression systems to the new pulse‑type series, the volumetric utilization of extinguishing agent has increased from 45% to 100%, with extinguishing performance reaching up to 50 g/m³.
Fast detection
Thermal‑sensitive elements are strategically deployed within the protected area. When a battery pack, battery cluster, or energy‑storage container experiences thermal runaway—resulting in a rapid temperature rise to 185°C ± 15°C or the appearance of open flames—the thermal‑sensitive elements promptly detect the fire and automatically activate the corresponding fire‑extinguishing system to suppress the blaze.
Truly non-toxic
The agent‑dispensing system has been comprehensively upgraded; the product is certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for environmental compliance. Following activation, the device leaves no ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP), posing no harm to humans or animals, causing no environmental pollution, and remaining non‑corrosive to protected materials.
Top Ten Technologies
Top Ten Technologies
Aerosol Chemical Cooling Technology
Aerosol fire-extinguishing systems typically employ a cooling agent—represented by ceramic balls—to reduce temperature through the physical heat absorption of these balls. Our company has developed a second-generation cooling agent that leverages the strong endothermic reactions of chemical coolants during thermal decomposition and sublimation, significantly lowering the operating temperature of the extinguishing device. In recent years, we have integrated fire-extinguishing agents into this second-generation chemical coolant, giving rise to a third-generation formulation. This new generation not only undergoes thermal decomposition and sublimation but also generates active fire-extinguishing species, thereby enhancing extinguishing performance and boosting the overall fire-suppression capability of the system by 20%.
Low-temperature aerosol fire suppression technology
Low-temperature aerosol fire‑extinguishing technology couples a thermal aerosol generator with a high‑efficiency chemical coolant, reducing the reaction temperature of the aerosol generator and effectively addressing the issue of excessively high discharge temperatures in thermal aerosol extinguishers. Leveraging this technology, our company’s aerosol fire‑extinguishing systems have become the first in the global industry to obtain certification from the International Electrotechnical Commission for explosion‑proof electrical equipment.
Aerosol Coupling Coating Technology
Aerosol coupling‑coating technology involves coating the surface of the aerosol generator with a specially formulated coupling agent and then encapsulating it with silica gel. Under the action of the coupling agent, the aerosol generator and the coating layer chemically bond to form a tightly integrated whole, enabling the aerosol generator to burn in an orderly, layer‑by‑layer manner. This approach effectively limits the deviation in the aerosol extinguishing agent discharge time to within ±5% (compared with the industry average of approximately ±25%), thereby ensuring the safety, consistency, stability, and reliability of aerosol fire‑extinguishing systems.
Aerosol High-Temperature Safety Self-Initiation Technology
Aerosol high‑temperature safety self‑activation technology involves installing a thermal sensing module within the device. When the temperature inside the fire‑extinguishing unit continues to rise and the external surface reaches the threshold set for the thermal sensor, the device automatically activates. This technology addresses the safety risk that, in the event of failure of the associated detection and alarm control equipment, the fire‑extinguishing system would be unable to initiate under pre‑set conditions. The technology has attracted significant attention from peer experts both domestically and internationally and has been submitted as our company’s proposal to the ISO/TC 157 Technical Committee.
Aerosol Safety Pressure-Relief Technology
Aerosol safety pressure‑relief technology refers to the use of our company’s proprietary slip‑ring‑based or diaphragm‑based pressure‑relief mechanisms. When faced with potentially excessive pressures during the discharge of aerosol fire‑extinguishing systems, these mechanisms automatically expand the discharge area and systematically reduce the internal pressure, thereby mitigating the safety risks associated with pressure buildup. This technology has enabled our fire‑extinguishing systems to successfully pass transport certification under Class 9 miscellaneous hazardous materials regulations.
Pulsed Firefighting Technology
Pulsed fire‑extinguishing technology refers to a method in which the extinguishing agent is delivered as a high‑intensity pulsed stream, penetrating the fire plume layer to isolate combustible materials and significantly enhancing the extinguishing performance of fire‑suppression systems. Currently, our company has integrated this pulsed extinguishing technology into aerosol‑based, dry‑powder, and perfluorohexanone fire‑extinguishing systems, resulting in a 50% improvement in their overall extinguishing effectiveness.
Flocculent Gel Fire-Extinguishing Technology
Floc‑gel fire‑extinguishing technology was developed specifically for applications involving precision electrical equipment. Upon activation, the floc‑gel coolant undergoes thermal decomposition and sublimation under high temperatures, entering the fire zone. When the temperature exceeds the floc‑gel’s activation threshold, the fire‑extinguishing particles encapsulated within the gel are promptly released into the fire to participate in suppression. Conversely, when the temperature falls below this threshold, the floc‑gel maintains its encapsulating state around the particles, preventing them from coming into contact with atmospheric moisture and forming highly corrosive electrolytes that could cause secondary damage to the equipment.
Gas-based film-forming fire suppression technology
Under high-temperature conditions, gaseous‑film aerosol fire suppressants decompose to release phosphorus‑containing oxides. These oxides undergo dehydration and condensation at the elevated temperatures of a fire, forming a viscous substance—polyphosphoric acid. Once bonded to solid surfaces, polyphosphoric acid creates a dense, flocculent film that effectively prevents contact between combustible materials and oxygen, providing an isolating, asphyxiating barrier and thereby preventing reignition after extinguishment. This addresses the longstanding challenge of using aerosol fire suppression systems to tackle solid‑fuel fires.
Eco-friendly Upgrading Technology for Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Systems
The global implementation of environmental regulations such as RoHS 2.0 and REACH has imposed stricter requirements on fire‑protection products. Existing aerosol‑based fire‑extinguishing products contain toxic heavy metals like lead and hexavalent chromium, as well as organic pollutants such as melamine and polybrominated biphenyls. In response, Ji’andun has conducted comprehensive environmental research, systematically dissecting its offerings—from individual components to integrated systems—while rigorously addressing the environmental shortcomings of key elements, including the aerosol‑generating agent, the cooling agent, and the activation mechanism. This approach ensures that the entire product line complies with RoHS 2.0, REACH, and other relevant environmental standards, thereby pioneering a solution to the longstanding environmental challenges associated with aerosol‑based fire‑extinguishing technologies.
Multi-mode startup technology
Line‑type heat‑sensing activation technology enables the deployment of heat‑sensing modules in confined spaces, providing all‑round fire detection and facilitating automatic fire suppression. The electric‑initiation approach, which employs a specially designed electrical igniter, is coupled with an energy‑amplification module to ensure reliable activation of the extinguishing device. In complex firefighting environments, electromagnetic‑activation technology can achieve self‑powered initiation without relying on external sensing equipment or an external power supply.
